What is NaadaNaad?
NaadaNaad(ನಾಡ ನಾದ — “voice of the land”) is a community-powered civic platform built specifically for Coorg (Kodagu), Karnataka. It is a single destination where residents, tourists, and local businesses can report civic problems, discover local services, and contribute to a more transparent, accountable district.
The platform combines an interactive map, a community-verified civic reporting system, and a curated local directory of homestays, hotels, hospitals, and coffee-country estates — all in one dark-themed, mobile-first experience designed for both daily residents and occasional visitors.
NaadaNaad is not a government service. It is a grassroots technology initiative built and maintained by Weframtech, a product and technology studio. Every report you file, every listing you add, and every confirmation you click makes the platform more useful for everyone in Kodagu.
Platform Features
Interactive Civic Map
A live map of Coorg/Kodagu where every reported issue, listing, and civic concern is pinned with real-time status updates. Filter by category, taluk, or keyword.
Civic Issue Reporting
Report potholes, garbage, blocked drains, broken streetlights, encroachments, and more. Each report gets a public status — Open, Partial, or Resolved — so the community can track progress.
Community Verification
Any visitor can confirm or dispute a civic report, crowdsourcing accuracy. High-quality contributors earn Bronze, Silver, and Gold badges on the leaderboard.
Homestay & Hotel Directory
A curated, searchable directory of homestays and hotels across Coorg taluks — with photos, contact details, and map locations.
Estate Listings
Coffee, spice, and agricultural estate listings — with area details, location, and owner contact — for buyers, renters, and investors.
Hospital & Healthcare Finder
Find government and private hospitals, clinics, and emergency medical facilities across Kodagu with location pins and contact info.
Contributor Leaderboard
Top civic contributors are ranked by approved reports and engagement. A transparent merit system encourages accountability and quality contributions.
